The new Collective Living Complexes are proving to be a popular new way of co-living in London.
Co-living in London is a great new way to share living space and are a bit like living in well appointed student halls for working people. For prices ranging from around £1,000 to nearly £3,000 a month, residents will often be provided with an en-suite bedroom and access to communal facilities such as a gym, TV room and kitchen. Co-living in London is a new housing trend combining innovative living with a sense of community
We have been extremely busy over the last few months having met so many new and interesting people from America, Germany and Luxembourg to name a few. Its been fun finding great places to live for them and seeing their delight in their new homes. The stand out search was the one seeking out co-living in London.
Exciting times for our assignees arriving in the UK from around the world
These great value apartments have their own additional benefits such as roof-top spaces, 24 hour concierge service and most of the bills are included. This living trend is in line with the idea of co-working.
Our other searches in the last few months have ranged from 4 bedroom houses in the cultural and theatrical town of Stratford-upon-Avon to studios and 1 bed. apartments in cosmopolitan London and the vibrant coastal town of Brighton.
Also this month we are carrying out a number of Orientation tours. Here we do our best to help assignees find their feet and get to know the place they will be living in better.
We are always available to chat and discuss co-living and how we can help new clients with their relocation to London or the South East. Please call either Amanda on 07944 305921 or Anji on 07748 682818 for more information.
