How the home finder service works:
  • First Stage

    • An initial discussion to establish your criteria.
    • Homesearch questionnaire to be completed with you which includes: housing budget, maximum acceptable journey time to work, airports, local transport links, location and size of property required.
  • Second Stage

    • Search for suitable locations which, if required, will be linked to the school search and leisure pursuits e.g. golf clubs, leisure centres, country clubs, restaurants, parks, cycling routes.
    • We preview and shortlist suitable properties with our extensive knowledge and useful contacts with property agents. We will send pictures and on-line maps.
  • Third Stage

    • Itinerary provided of short-listed properties.
    • Accompanied viewings arranged.
  • Fourth Stage

    • Once a property is selected we negotiate the best possible purchase or rental price and, if necessary, put you in contact with professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, architects, or trades people as required (builders, landscape gardeners, cleaning companies).
    • For those renting a property, we will review the tenancy agreement ensuring protection of your interests before signing, including extensions of term of agreement and break clause.
  • Final Stage

    • We arrange removals services (negotiated in your favour).
    • If renting we provide check-in, inventory services and oversee the moving in process including connection of utilities.
